Healing is a mandatory need for most as we navigate through life. However we often have little insight on how to start. I have worked with women and substance abuse, homelessness, domestic violence, and children ages K-8th grade. These issues range from depression, suicidal ideation, ADHD, ADD and other personality disorders and more. I work on a sliding scale for individuals and families in need.

I am a music producer and sound engineer. I use the power of Hip Hop and R&B music to assist young adults and youth in expressing and building up their coping skills and true selves using strength-based methods. I also write and produce birthing soundtracks by request.
